czech trip
so the meeting for the trip to the Czech Republic was last night. i can honestly say that i'm really really really really excited to go :-) i payed my deposit for the trip so now i'm looking for sponsorship or people who will help me pay for the remainder of the cost. i still have about $500 to pay for the trip. so i'm trusting that God will provide for the remaining cost cuz i definitely can't. we got the list of students going to the camp too and the names of the Czech team. it was really neat to see names that i recognized from my past years there. unfortunately, i didn't see pokey's name, so i'm hoping to see him during our training. that's not an easy venture for him, but i hope... i haven't seen or heard from him since my last time there (and i missed him the last time!). anyway, yeah... it's really kewl and i have the responsibility of teaching english, how wild is that? we leave on 28 June which is only a couple weeks away! am i prepared? honestly... no. i still have a lot of prayer to do and a lot of reading if i want to be ready - spiritually, mentally, and physically. my prayer for now is that it will be a memorable trip for everyone and that people will be impacted. also, big one - that everyone will come to believe in Jesus, the one Savior. :-D that would rock! and i believe that God will do it too. anyway, i have things to do now... so off i go.. back later
